What we collect

• Orders: name, email, mobile number, delivery address, order notes, and what you bought.
• Quote requests: name, email, project details and the files you upload (models, photos, documents).
• Contact form: name, email, your message and, if given, an order number.
• Payments: handled by PayMongo. We receive the payment status and reference — never your card number.
• Email updates: only if you tick "Email me about new drops and studio news" at checkout.

Why we use it

• To make, ship and support your order, and to send order and quote emails.
• To prepare quotes for custom work.
• To answer your messages.
• To send studio news, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies

• Cart: a cookie that remembers your cart for up to 60 days. It contains no personal details.
• Checkout form: your details are kept in this browser tab only while you check out, then removed.
• Wishlist: saved in your browser only.
• Analytics: [ANALYTICS — none, or a cookie-free tool such as Plausible].
